- Controlling and follow-up Accounts Department's daily work.
- Controlling and follow-up Administration's daily work.

- Actual and forecast Financial Reports such as Banks facilities status, Orders analysis status, cash flow and many other financial and contractual tasks.
- Controlling all Banking and financial transactions.
- Alpha 2000 Software (Powerful Oracle based accounting Software).

- Prepare and allocate all financial transaction’s vouchers.
- Monthly and Quarterly Reporting (Financial statements such BS, IS, CF…..etc)
- Maintaining the Accounting Software (ACCPAC) well known int’l Accounting Software.

-Training employees and implementing (Financial Management Development Program) (FMDP) for (Madang province) to develop Governmental financial software activities.

- Prepare and post all financial transactions to company’s accounting software.
- Monthly, quarterly and annual financial and management reporting.
- Control Assets, Sales, Payroll, Stock transactions and modules.

- Accounts Receivable, Payables, Stock Control.
